What happens once I register?
We immediately add your details to our database and keep you constantly updated about relevant investment opportunities. We will email this information directly to your inbox. 


How does Fresh Invest ltd make money?
On all residential property we charge a straight forward fee, normally 2% (plus VAT) of the gross price of every property you purchase through us.
For investors buying in bulk we offer a reduced rate which is on a sliding scale dependent on how many you units you purchase.
Normally we are retained on all alternative and overseas investments.


Is there a fee to become a Fresh Invest ltd Client?
No. Becoming a member of the Fresh Invest is completely free of charge.


Do I have to make a commitment to purchase a minimum number of properties?
No. It is entirely up to you how many properties you purchase.


What type of properties do you source?
Generally all the properties we source are either off-plan, buy to let or buy to sell. New-builds, in most cases, have at least a 12-month build programme, giving you sufficient scope to benefit from potential capital growth. We make sure buy to let opportunities generate rental income that will cover or come close to covering your mortgage payments.


Where are the investments you source?
The investments we source are located all over the world by us or our network of sourcer’s. 


What if you go out of business?
In the unlikely event of this happening, the clients’ investment is always secure. This is because we act as finders on behalf of our clients, and any contracts that are drawn up are always between the developer and the client. These are legally binding contracts which the developer cannot withdraw from even if we no longer exist. Fresh Invest ltd prides itself in conducting business with the greatest ethos, always ensuring that our clients’ investments are protected in any circumstances.


What is the procedure for buying property through Fresh Invest ltd?

  1. Select the Property you wish to purchase. Full details of current and upcoming Developments are only accessed through a password protected login. Registration is free and provides you with your username and password.
  2. Complete the online reservation form, agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and submit to automatically send your details through to our office.
  3. We then require you to print a copy of this agreement, sign and send to us within 72 hours. You must also enclose payment for your reservation fee and fee for our services (normally 2% + VAT of list market value), payable to “Fresh Invest Ltd”.
  4. Reservation details and funds are then passed onto the Developer. This ensures your selected plot is secure, subject to Exchange of Contracts.
  5. As part of our service to you, we have in place experienced specialist property professionals. Our Solicitors will take you through the conveyancing process as quickly and effortlessly as possible. Our Mortgage Advisors will source and arrange the best mortgage products available. We are able to offer you preferential rates on our recommendation.
  6. We aim to achieve Exchange of Contracts within 28 days.
  7. Once you have Exchanged Contracts, you are committed to purchasing your selected property and the Developer is committed to selling it to you.
