The investment property is direct from a buy and lease back property company.

In many cases the investment property we offer will already have been bought from the existing tenant.

We only sell 'secondhand' property and the discount is based on an independent survey by a qualified RICS chartered surveyor. Furthermore we can provide assistance with arranging finance and conveyance.
