What happens at completion?

Upon completion your 10% rental guarantee will begin. Your unit will be let by the Oasis Hotels and Resorts one of the biggest hotel operators in the world.

After your guarantee term you will enter into the rental pool where you will receive a 50/50 room rate share. anticipated returns are around 12% pa. but could quite feasibly be alot higher.

With this you receive 30 days free use per year.
