The Opportunity:
Las Canas beach resort is an exclusive development of apartments and villas, situated in a quiet, underdeveloped “hurricane free” area of the Domincan Republic.
Located on the stunning north coast of the Dominican Republic, Las Canas is 10 minutes from Cabarete and just 20 minutes from the Gregorio Luperon International Airport at Puerto Plata.
Las Canas beach resort will comprise of Studio, 1 and 2 bedroom Apartment Suites, Luxury Penthouse Suites, 1 and 2 bedroom Cabanas and 2, 3 and 4 bedroom Plantation houses.
The apartments and suites will have open balconies with stunning sea views and large communal swimming pools. The Cabana’s will have an open terrace and private plunge pools.
The Investment:
- Pay just £1,000 reservation fee
- 45 days after reservation pay only a 30% deposit until completion * Interest is paid on all money until completion.
- Pay completion balance via mortgage. *Developer will assist you in obtaining a mortgage.
What happens at completion?
Upon completion your 10% rental guarantee will begin. Your unit will be let by the Oasis Hotels and Resorts one of the biggest hotel operators in the world.
After your guarantee term you will enter into the rental pool where you will receive a 50/50 room rate share. anticipated returns are around 12% pa. but could quite feasibly be alot higher.
With this you receive 30 days free use per year.
